Being a new company does not mean L & L of Raleigh, Inc. is new to the business. Although the company was just formed in 2005, it comes from a great history with many years of experience. Growing up in a real estate family was just the beginning for President Warren Smith. His father was a builder-developer and his mother was a commercial real estate appraiser in Raleigh.

L & L of Raleigh, Inc. comes with 12 years of experience and has a company motto of great importance: “Your location specialty builder”. One of Warren's biggest criteria is choosing quality locations in which to build his product. Anyone can build a quality house but it takes the right company to build a quality house in a quality location. "It is vitally important that the subdivisions I build in are close to many amenities. As school systems and locations become more and more important these days so does finding the right location to build a quality product" says Warren. He also takes pride in the fact that L & L of Raleigh, Inc. also does not discriminate in price ranges. The company is building product from the 200's to the 800's and no house is too big or too small. It's all about building the right product in the right location for the right price. These are the first criteria to making a buyer comfortable, and a motto that L & L of Raleigh, Inc. not only stands by, but lives by.
