L & L of Raleigh is a company steeped in the heritage of the homebuilding industry. Growing up in a real estate family was just the beginning for President Warren Smith. His father was a builder-developer and his mother was a commercial real estate appraiser in Raleigh. Being born and raised in the Raleigh area gives Warren a unique perspective on our market, as well as a sense of pride in building homes here. He has dedicated himself to this industry, serving as the 2010 President of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh Wake County.

With over a dozen years of experience of building custom homes in the Triangle, L & L of Raleigh has established a reputation as an award-winning builder of homes of impeccable quality and unparalleled craftsmanship. Our company is known as, “Your location specialty builder”. One of our main criteria is choosing quality locations in which to build our product. Anyone can build a quality house but it takes the right company to build a quality house in a quality location. "It is vitally important that the subdivisions I build in are close to many amenities. As school systems and locations become more and more important these days so does finding the right location to build a quality product" says Warren. We also take pride in the fact that L & L of Raleigh does not discriminate in price ranges. We are building homes from the $200's to the $800's and no house is too big or too small. It's all about building the right product in the right location for the right price.
